Kinesio Taping is a rehabilitation method which consists of applying elastic bandage to the skin to provide stability and support to muscles and joints during the rehabilitation process. which restrict movement and promote better musculoskeletal functioning.

This technique can be used to prolong the effect of manual therapies, being used by several problems in orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological, circulatory, lymphatic. 

They are water resistant and can be used over a period of 3 to 5 days.
